Kenneth Wayne Peterson, Jr. joined the firm in 2017. Since joining the firm, he has provided outstanding representation to all the firms clients and also has served as assistant city prosecutor in Robertsdale and Gulf Shores. He is the public defender in the Foley Municipal Court, and a contract attorney in Baldwin Juvenile Court.
